BruDa is a new dining experience started by Neil Da Costa and Victor Brum in the late fall of 2011. After working together for years, they decided it was the right time to venture out and start their own establishment. BruDa ‘s creative Executive Chef Gordon Calman offers an extremely unique European menu using local ingredients. With a strong and flavourful menu and fantastic wine list BruDa is sure to bring something new and fresh to College Street.
BruDa will begin serving its new menus – for lunch and dinner- on Tuesday April 24. Chef Calman has sourced out new and fresh ingredients that reflect the change of season. The menu also demonstrates BruDa‘s approach of using local and fresh products to create simple yet flavourful meals.
